AMAGo policy/safety-policy
Version 2026.10.v2
SAFETY AND COURIER RESTRICTIONS
AMAGo is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate emergency service directly when urgent assistance is needed. In-app reports create records for review; they do not promise emergency dispatch or continuously staffed live monitoring.
Check the assigned provider, approved vehicle and registration. Use seat belts and lawful passenger restraints. Requesters and providers must behave safely and respectfully. Share trip links only with trusted recipients. Links expire and can be revoked; access ends when the journey ends. GPS, connectivity and recipient access can fail.
Providers must report road hazards only when safely parked. Reports are user-generated, time-limited advisories subject to moderation; they are not verified navigation instructions. Do not disclose victim identities or confidential information. Follow official road signs and emergency directions.
Do not send unlawful goods, weapons, explosives, flammable or hazardous substances, illegal drugs, stolen goods, cash or negotiable instruments, live animals, human remains or regulated items without an expressly supported lawful service. No unsupported regulated or insured service is offered by selecting a parcel size. Package goods securely, disclose handling needs and choose a category within the reviewed provider's capacity. Extra-large/custom parcels require the relevant weight or dimensions. Providers must decline unsafe or misdescribed parcels and contact support for a safe resolution. No blanket parcel insurance, guaranteed arrival or protection against every loss is promised. Mandatory legal rights remain intact.
